e.Republic's Government Technology Golf Classic Tournaments East and West

Since 1996, e.Republic's Government Technology has held Golf Tournaments to coincide with its Government Technology Conferences on the East and West Coasts with proceeds benefiting local charities.

Government Technology Golf Classic West 2008

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Sacramento were awarded proceeds from GTC 's Gold Classic this year. The Clubs serve over 6,500 kids in the Greater Sacramento area and provide a safe and fun place to learn and grow. Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Sacramento Executive Director Kim Williams accepts the tournament check from Jon Fyffe of Government Technology magazine.

Government Technology Golf Classic East 2007

GTC East's Golf Tournament benefited the The Capital Region Youth Tennis Foundation's (CRYTF) 15-Love program in Albany New York. The 15-LOVE program reaches out in positive ways to inner-city youth using tennis and other ways to teach kids about life. The late Arthur Ashe was instrumental in helping found the 15-Love Program. Vice President of Government Technology, Jon Fyffe, awarded the check to 15-Love.

Government Technology Golf Classic West 2007

Government Technology Golf Classic West 2007 proceeds were donated to the Latino Sports Outreach program which helps supply uniforms, equipment and the opportunity to play competitive soccer to kids who otherwise would not have the opportunity. Jon Fyffe, VP Strategic Accounts for Government Technology, awarded the golf tourney proceeds check to Latino Sports Outreach representatives at the tournament awards dinner.

Government Technology Golf Classic 2006

Government Technology held its 10th Annual West Golf Classic in Sacramento with this year's proceeds donated to the Sacramento Regional Citizens Corps, which trains and educates volunteers to make their communities safer, stronger, and well prepared in emergencies and disaster relief. Accepting the check on behalf of the Sacramento Citizens Corp is Sacramento Police Captain Richard Shiraishi, pictured are GT Publisher Don Pearson and GT Associate Publisher Jon Fyffe.

Government Technology Golf Classic 2006

e.Republic's Government Technology held its 7th Annual East Golf Classic and awarded proceeds of $1500 to CAPTAIN Youth and Family Services, an organization which encourages personal and social development in teens and families. The annual East Golf Classic, precedes Government Technology's yearly conference held in Albany, N.Y. which hosts 10,000 attendees.
