Sacramento, CA: Government Technology magazine, published by media firm e.Republic, won Best Overall Publication in the trade category at the Western Publications Association's (WPA) 57th Annual Maggie Awards competition. Held recently in Los Angeles, the competition honors excellence in magazine and electronic publishing with over 2000 entries from more than 500 magazines entered each year.
Government Technology issues also won in the trade categories of Special Theme Issue, Best Single Edition and Best Non-paid Trade, while e.Republic's Emergency Management magazine won in the Best Trade Quarterly category. e.Republic CEO, Dennis McKenna said, "We are extremely proud of our editorial and design teams who put together these stellar products.
