e.Republic’s Center for Digital Government Recognizes Top Tech Integrators for 2009

SACRAMENTO, Calif. – August 4, 2009 – Information technology integrators were acknowledged for their extraordinary digital solutions to public IT projects at the Center for Digital Government’s 2009 Integrator Awards held in Sonoma, California over the weekend.  The Center is a national research and advisory institute on information technology policies and best practices in state and local government.

The awards were the result of public sector IT groups across the nation nominating their partner integrators whose solutions proved exceptional in areas such as cost savings, consolidation and public access.  Careful review of all nominated projects by Center experts then resulted in eleven winners chosen.

Cathilea Robinett, Executive Director of the Center, who announced the winners at the award dinner, said, “We see in these winning projects how collaboration in solving digital problems is so vital to the modernization of government and its moving into the 21st Century.  Congratulations to all the winners for the excellent solutions created for public sector partners.”
