Angela Fultz Nordstrom is Vice President of Customer Success at e.Republic, where she leads the company’s customer success strategy and initiatives to strengthen client partnerships, deliver measurable outcomes and ensure a consistent, high-value experience across every interaction. She focuses on building long-term relationships and helping organizations in the state, local government and education markets achieve their mission through trusted collaboration.
Angela brings more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of government and technology. She began her career in public service as Chief of Staff to the Montana Secretary of State before moving into the private sector with NIC (now Tyler Technologies), where she held leadership roles in operations, sales and digital government innovation in both the state and local government and federal markets. During her time in the gov-tech industry, she helped pioneer early online government services, including launching the nation’s first online driver’s license renewal.
She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Smith College in Government and Public Policy.
