CHIEF DELIVERY OFFICER
Phil Bertolini is the Chief Delivery Officer of e.Republic, where he oversees the end-to-end delivery of the company’s services, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction and strong business outcomes across content, demand generation, events and market intelligence. He joined e.Republic in 2019 and previously led the company’s events division, where he grew events from 46 to over 100.
Before joining e.Republic, Bertolini served more than 30 years in public service with Oakland County, Michigan, including roles as Chief Information Officer and Deputy County Executive. During that time, he built a nationally recognized IT organization serving more than 1.2 million residents and earned numerous honors, including Governing Magazine’s Public Official of the Year, Government Technology’s Top 25 Doers, Dreamers & Drivers and recognition from the White House as a 2012 Champion of Change.
Phil holds a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications from Michigan State University and is a proud member of the Michigan State Alumni marching band.
