The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for ensuring the efficient and continuing operation of the Salesforce CRM system across all departments of e.Repubic.

This position is based out of Folsom, CA.


  • Responsible for handling incoming Salesforce Help Tickets, within our agreed upon internal Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Responsible for creating and updating dashboards, reports, permission sets, email alerts and workflow rules for all departments
  • Assist in solving issues in Salesforce or related systems via phone and email
  • Escalates tickets as needed for larger problems or tasks
  • Regular maintenance of Salesforce, including data backups, deleting obsolete data, consolidating objects and fields
  • Responsible for activating and deactivating users on the system, and managing the transfer of all data related to user management (updating account ownership, reports, roles)
  • Responsible for onboarding and training newly hired staff as needed on how to use Salesforce or other systems that have been implemented
  • Authors and updates all training materials for how to use systems that are built on or connected to the CRM
  • Maintains Salesforce Administrator certification and updates the team on new features as they are released
  • Assist in the testing, debugging, and quality control of newly developed systems


  • – Administrator Certification, required
  • 3 years+ experience working as a Salesforce Administrator, recommended
  • Excellent ability to train and support users of all products being used by e.Republic
  • Excellent presentation and data transfer skills for use in training other employees
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Extremely proficient with Excel, including Formulas and data manipulation
